Windows vs. Mac on Twitter
It all started with this tweet under the topic of #windowslove:
Which incidentally turned out to be the only #windowsloving tweet, as is evident from the screenshot. I am an Ubuntu/Mac-user myself, so I decided to explore if the Mac OSX people were also expressing that they love themselves:
Nope, but apparently a few actual users like the operating system. But I guess people are always more strong-hearted about their negative feelings, right? Such was when #windowsfails:
Ouch. A lot of people of different nationalities having problems with their Windows-machines. How about #macfail?
Apparently the Mac fails as well. Of course the comment from @scottsbihli sounds more like the mocking comments coming from a Windows-user. And you can hardly blame Apple that some users are just too ignorant to learn how to use a keyboard (@teamlongman can’t find his #-button, the poor thing).
I did searches on both #ubuntulove and #ubuntufail, but neither yielded any results.
So, the biased facts from an Ubuntu/Mac-user are: Windows is the only one who loves Windows, a few users love their Mac, and a lot of people hate ‘em both. And no one uses Ubuntu.
